My Dad got custody of my younest daughter because of trouble with my ex..well he and his wife are no longer employed, they want her to come home and I need to know if I have to go get a lawyer to regain custody or if I can just have him send her home and do the paperwork and send it to him to sign and noterized. I am the birth mother and they want her out..whats the easiest way to go? and the cheepest?
