hi my husband is been in the USA since 8 years old and is now 26 and 3 years ago he was charged of conspiracy of drugs but was held in for 1 month and got out with bail bond then had courts many courts and at the end he plead guilty cause he had no choice but they didn't have any evidence so they closed the case with no probation he was free of all that and we have all proof lawyers have all paper work so my Question is that will he have any problem's when he renew his green card will they deport him to Mexico because we have 2 kids born in the USA and all his family is in the USA and has no one in Mexico his passport will be expire in April 2009 will you help me please need help thank you hope to here from you soon.
