Need Peternity Advice

First off My children and I live in WV, my ex and i have been seperated for over a year now and during that time she has had practicaly nothing to do with our children not even so much a phone call to wish them a merry x-mas , but i was just recently served papers stating that i have to go to court for custody of my three children, and one of her request is that paternity test be done, children is 7,6 and 4 and I'am on the birth certificate as their father, and I do not deny them as mine. Q- Is there a way that I can have the peternity testing stoped seeing that im not dening them as my own?

If the court has ordered such a test they (the court) must have reason to suspect one or more of the children not yours. Take the test

This is mom playing games. You need to talk to an attorney. Mom may not even be granted the paternity test as in most states there is a time limit to dispute paternity. You need to argue that you want the paternity test denied and that it is not in the childrens best interest to do this. You also need to see about getting a temporary visitation order in place. Do not let mom walk over you and dictate when you can see your kids.
