If I got kicked out of a bar for doing something wrong and the. Months later the bar changed their name legally can I go into the new establishment because it has a new name

Just because the name changed - no. If it's a whole new establishment with new ownership as noted above, then you most likely can.

Find yourself a new watering hole.
Why return to ANY PLACE you're unwanted?
Be smart, think of you, protect you, stay out of places where you're unwanted.
There are plenty watering holes, as I'm sure you've discovered.
Or, hydrate yourself ALONE (or with a few other thirsty critters) in the safety of your own home!!!
You can't get thrown out of your own home.

Who told you that you can't go to that bar anymore? This may be a non issue.
