Can a police officer remove his badge or talk about a case that's on going

Ok I got bounced from a bar the bouncer called the cops and had me arrested for brandishind a weapon because I removed it from the holster on my way to the veichele removing the clip and the chabered bullet a few min later I have six guess attacking me cop pull up I get arrested while in the cop car and police station the officer was a asshole next I have go to the hospital due to the stack of the six men while at the hospital the officer stills continues to be a ass trying to make me give blood or urinate form a drug analysis I refuse he continue to be a ass so I asked him if the badge makes him fell like a bigger man he removes his badge aggresivly sticking it in his pocket than points to the patch on his shoulder and states " I still have this one I'm the law" than I told him he took that badge under oath I'm not sure you belong removing it and beleave you just fix*** up than I peacefully conversate with him about his past becoming a cop and other things..I got to my dad house today and apparently the officer at had is friends with my father girl friends son and has been talking about the event that occurred that night and now her son has told her and she has already told me I feel it would be unlawful

If the badge was not designed to be removable, it would be grafted through the skin. If an officer never discusses a case, he never gets additional information.

So to recap, you were acting out, you got bounced, had a weapon out and acted like a prize jerk towards an officer?

Is that about right?

And you're complaining that said officer has mentioned the incident to someone else and you're a bit embarrassed?

The badge is not even required. It is just a symbol. His behavior may have been unprofessional, but certainly not illegal.
Your case is not one that is required by law to be kept confidential. It could be printed in the newspaper if they wanted.

If you did one thing right it was refusing to provide a blood or urine sample, but they could always get a warrant if they wanted the evidence badly enough.

Find an anger management class, while you wait. Voluntarily enroll in the class, get counseling, stay out of bars, stay out of more trouble, wait patiently, also enroll in an alcohol abuse class. Plead not guilty, behave yourself, ask the court to appoint a lawyer (or hire your own ). Wait, don't discuss this with anyone but your lawyer, when you get one.

No actually me and my girlfriend had a dissagreement the bouncer which is bar owners son and constant trouble maker walks up to my girlfriends children's aunt and asked what was going on if I needed to be removed the aunt said yes and girlfriend said no than he grabbed me and escorted me out ..once in custody the officer was just a ass and pissed because of the altercation with the six guys he had to take me to the hospital and wait til I was released he was an ass because I wouldn't give blood because he tried tell the hospital staff I was high and not aware of the current circumstance and in the right state of mind I refused to give both blood and urine I had to use the bathroom and was forced to use a plastic container in front of the officer and hospital employee after urinating I dumped the urine down the drain and he got iratate and aggressively grabbed me put me in hand cuffs I told him I know I don't have to provide urine or blood he argued that I had t that's when I said to him does the badge make you feel like a a bigger man and he removed it.
