my 18 year old son had an affair with a married girl.she got pregnant and just had the baby she looks alot like my son but, the girl is saying it is her husbands can we do anything to get a dna test to see i don't want my grandaughter to grow up not knowing us.Thanks

Your son can petition for a paternity test. There isn't much you can do yourself.

He needs to start finding out what the procedure is to dispute paternity. Some states have a presumtive fathers registry he needs to see if his state has one and sign up for it. Her husband is the legal father until this gets legally disputed.
