H Visa Need Help Urgent about my h1b visa restamp

I arrived USA on 25 apr 2007 through abc company H1B ,then i did not get any project from abc company, so i transfered my h1b to xyz, i worked 3 months then laid off from the xyz company, again i transfered DFE Company jan 2008 been working with this company, now i am planning to go to my home country, my question is

1) Do i need to take visa restamp again ( My Visa Expired on 30 SEP 2009 - Petioner Name abc company )

2) Do i face any problem while restamping ( i don't have w2 but i have paystubs

Yes...........Contact your new company's legal department for all relevant documents you would need on re-entry or embassy. I can't confirm all the docs........They would guide you......it varies on circumstance.
