Need help interperting visitation agreement

My ex-wife and I recently got divorce and I have custody of my child, the agreement states that she get's him on the 2nd and 4th weekend of every month from friday at 6 p.m. to sunday at 6 p.m.. Last month there was a 5th weekend in the month so I am confused she still doesn't get him till the 2nd weekend of this month correct?

That is what it sounds like to me. Normally on months when there is a 5th weekend sometimes that goes to the NCP. What is the issue here? Does she want the child? Is it really such a big deal to give her a little extra visitation?
