hello, my dad just died a few weeks ago and i was living with him because my parents were divorced. I'm now forced into living with my mom. I have been in some trouble so don't know if that makes a difference, but i'm try to move out of my moms house legally, iv had a few adults offer to let me live with them but my mom wont allow me. How do i move at 15 with out my mothers consent?

You can't.
Period.
There's no discussion necessary. Only one state will emancipate a 15 year old, and it's not yours. And if you've been in trouble before, that wipes out the possibility anyway - it shows you need more, not less, adult supervision.
You live with Mom unless she allows you to go live elsewhere.
