I received request to produce documents for 3 years,can they ask for that many years? Also do not have some of the documents, what do I do? Can I request the same documents from my ex but also add in Mental Health for the past 17 years??

I suggest you contact the organization, health care provider, physician, or entity that provided you with services or goods.

They might have copies that can be given to you.

No, you absolutely cannot obtain ANY health records pertaining to your ex without permission from your ex - and failing that, you'll need a damn good reason why the court should issue a subpoena and EVEN THEN mental health records are virtually impossible to obtain against the wishes of the actual patient.
