Need advise from experienced in insurance laws

A car in front of me made a wide sweeping turn to the right, In front of me and I hit him on the side. the insurance co is saying that I am at fault because it was a rear end collision. I hit him on the side, showed them photos and he got sited for unsafe lane manuever- How can I fight this.
