I received a ticket in Forsyth county went to court and the judge gave me a prayer for judgement continued. The state DMV though sent me a letter saying that they would not honor that judgement unless the original charge was reduced by about 3 miles per hour. A Clerk of court employee when I called said that I would need an attorney to file a motion for relief to get the original charge reduced so the state will accept the Courts decision. Is this motion I can do myself I am out of work other than driving a taxi have not had a ticket otherwise in 4 years. Help
