I was wondering what this means, neither the husband or myself deny having an affair over a year ago and both have been with our spouses after the fact, I am still with my spouse and the woman stayed with him 6 months after the fact, so I am not sure what to expect or what this means, I live in VA and the law here says she can't file for adultery.
