If I am biological father and exhusband is on birth certificate what are my rights?

Ok let me get this right. You Fathered a child but the womans Ex husband is on BC as Father? How old is child? Was the woman married at time of birth?

the child is 6 months old and she told me I wasnt the father and now she is telling me I am the father and she was not married to the ex at the time the lived together and she also told the ex he was the dad

So in other words she doesnt know. Heck there could be a 3rd possible sperm donor! Ok go to court and seek to establish paternity. Once you are established as Father, if you are, you can then take further action. Those actions can be any one or more of the following. Custody, support and, visitation.

Well I saw pictures of the baby and he looks like me. I dont no what the ex looks like... I told her I wanted to do test. If for some reason we dont take test can she come back years from now and get child support if the baby turns out to be mine

Your assumption the child looks like you means squat! Can she go after you for back support later? Maybe depends on lots of factors. You need to take bull by horns go to court yourself and seek paternity order

She wants me to take them we are supose to meet up and take it together. Do both parents have to be there at the same time or can they go seperately? I am just trying to figure out what I need to do, has me very upset and stressed. I live in alabama she lives in florida

Do not do this yourself go through courts and follow court instructions not hers or yours

If she lives in Florida then they probably have jurisdiction. Getting a DNA test does not mean it is court binding. In most states there is a limited time frame to dispute paternity. If this other guy is on the birth cert, he is the legal dad unless this gets disputed in court. You'll have to google disputing paternity in FL to see what the time frame is. All of you can meet at a lab and do a DNA test but it does not mean it is court binding.

NO, it means file in court, they will tell you where to go for testing.
