Whomever reads this, please respond as soon as possible I am so destressed. My father died before my mother, then mother died on April 11, 2001. She did write out a will with three witnessed and I have possession of that. I heard that the statute of limitations has ran out , that we should have had this probated before the four year period was up. Please tell me if this is true, and if so is there any way to get an extenstion. Somone told me that there is a ten day period where you can still show the will and have the property probated.
I appreciate anyone that responds to this and lets me know asap.
