My name was used in a call and email sent to an office in Maryland. She made allegations that the guy is doing fraudulent acts in the company. The person who did the call is the wife of the man who is also the father of my son. She has done that so that the father of my son will cease financial support to my son. Not realizing that her husband might be fired. I no longer have a relationship to the father of my son other than financial support. Please help me clear my name. I am currently in Manila. Thanks.

You can call and email the office and tell them the previous call and email was fraudulent (not you making them, someone acting as if they were you) and to contact you directly if they have any further questions regarding the matter. Let your ex know you are trying to clear this up and that you are not responsible for them. You may also want to send a notarized letter to the company stating the same so they know you are who you say you are.
