I was recently locked up for a period of two months in which time i signed an affadative to give custody of my son. Now that i am home i want my son back with me, but my mother want even let me see him at all. I have been told since the paper has not been signed by a judge that it is not valid. Is this true or not. I really want my son back home with me. The affadative was signed by a notary public and was only ment to be for the time i was locked up. Please help me with an answer if anyone can.
