Recently my ex has used the TX Child Support Dispusment Unit to inquire about more support for our two children 10 and 13. She is unwilling to nigotiate what I can pay as she seems to out for what she can get.
I'm married and have two children at home. I have no problems with my obligations with my other children.
How do I make sure the courts don't ruin my life with paying her more than I can? I have a few issues that need concideration;
-Income last year greater than income this year
-Currently married and have kids 1bio 1step but I am the only father
-I think my ex is out for herself and using my kids
