My dog was injured at the Groomers!

I'm living in Hobart,IN, took my dog to the groomers at Pet-Smart(Hwy 30, in Merrillville, IN) I believe it was his 3rd time there, to get his hair cut and ears plucked. They poked him in his ear causing it to bleed and become infected. I had to call off from work to take him to the vet. Besides asking them to pay for the vet bill, can I ask to be reimbersed for the grooming fees, day of pay I lost, and gas money? Thank you, drm59
