My children were removed from my home bc i said i was gonna fail a drug test. They didnt have results of my test bc i just took them that day so they went by what i said instead of waitin for results of test...there is so much gone wrong with this case already and main thing is i havent seen a judge and dont have a case plan no paperwork and havent signed anything.

1. This has nothing to do with Employment Law.
2. Based on the scant information you posted CPS did the correct thing. YOU told them that your drug test would be dirty so they removed the children from your care.

Why is CPS involved with your family? Do you have an attorney? When was your case first opened?

Don't do stupid stuff.
Don't abuse or misuse any drug.
If you have an addiction seek help ASAP.
Just say NOPE to DOPE.
Don't be a DOPE for DOPE.

You didn't give enough information to fully assess your situation, and you didn't ask a question.

Your statement acknowledging drug use could have been enough for social services to take action, especially if you are under any existing court orders.

Drug use in and of itself is not necessarily enough to justify removing children. Typically there are other circumstances that the children were neglected as a result or were somehow exposed to danger or the drugs.

Were you arrested? Where is the other parent? Were the kids paced with family members or are they in a state/county facility? Are you on parole or probation? Is there an existing court order regarding use of drugs or alcohol around the children?
