i have a car and i let my friend use it its in my name and everything she got pulled over and the car got towed and i had to pick it up and i told her she cant use it any more now she is treating me telling me iam going to get in trouble if i dont give her the car back will i get in trouble if the car is in my name and i hold the title

If the car is in your name, not hers, then you have no legal obligation to let her use the car. You might be in trouble with her, but you won't be in trouble with the law.

If the car is in your name & on the title, it's up to you who (if anyone) you want to let use the car. What makes you think you will get in trouble with the law for not letting her use it? It's possible she might be mad/not happy.
