Hi. Im not sure how to start, but here it goes. My son witnessed his sister and his stepmother fighting. The sister hit the stepmom many times and the stepmom hit the girl. I am trying to get my son here with me after his dad took me to court saying I was the unfit parent. I need to know if I can go back to court and have my son removed from that home. Right now his stepmom moved out, his sister is still there. The father said both of them caused the problem (stepmom and daughter). My son needs to have a good home where he feels safe. Can i goto the police and get an order of protection? I dont know what to do. This is the second time my son has seen the violence in his home. I have called DCFS and they didnt do anything to help my son. Where do i go from here?
