My 14 year. old Son, wants to live,with his Father,

For Five and a half years,my oldest Son has lived with me... He is now 16 years old... Now after learning of Drug abuse Problems, My youngest Son which is now 14, has told me he is sick of his Mothers ways... There is a hearing before a Refery on the 13th of October 2009,,, The Refery has already told me that he dosen't intend to speak to either boys... What do i do...
