Had an issue with a person I was helping out, she called the police cause she wanted to stay at my place and I didnt agree to it, they initially charged me with misdemeanour and now they offered to cut it down to a Municipal Ordinance Violation.
My question is, if I agree to plead no contest to this, how will it affect me regarding my Legal Resident Status, if I leave the country and if in the future I apply for citizenship.
I never had any problem of any kind in the past other than a couple speeding tickets when I was in college ove 20 years ago, been always Law abiding and calm.
