I signed a contact for a new sofa on a Sunday however when I got home I was uncomfortable with the cost so I went back the next day, they talked me into taking another sofa at a lesser value, which I felt obliged to do. I went home and realised it was still to much so I went back the next day to cancel, he refused to cancel my agreement face to face I have since called and written and telephoned but now 6 months later they are telling me they want £900 or they will take me to court. Please could you give me some advice as to what I should do next, I really don't want to pay £900 for nothing as they are not out of pocket as I made them aware after a couple of day of signing the agreement.
