My Girlfriend is involved in a custody situation. Her and the child's father never married. After verbal visitation agreements went sour, leagal matters went to the courts. The case went before a judge and a ruling was made. After the ruling was made the procecuting attorney was supose to draft a document detailing the visitation rights her client ( biological father ) was given. After he had looked it over and signed it, the document was supose to be sent to my girlfriend (biological mother) looked over and then she was to make changes to it that she would agree to. However she never received the document, even have repeated calls to try to have it sent to her she still has never seen it nor signed it. Is the document still binding to the judges ruling? Thank you for your time.
