I've noticed a pattern over the past five, maybe six years regarding the ethnicity of those perpetrating sexual abuse against our vulnerable, child population. It occurs to me that these dastardly, perverted creeps appear to have sprouted (or derived from certain filthy, backward, wayward nations). Many of these disgusting creeps we notice are coming from not the third world, rather the 30th wretched hell hole. Mothers, fathers, relatives of these YOUNG VICTIMS, please protect and educate your vulnerable children.
LACY LAKEVIEW, Texas (KWTX) - An 18-year-old Lacy Lakeview woman was arrested Thursday after police allege she admitted to family members she had a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old boy.
Savannah Janet-Marie Garcia remains jailed after her arrest by Lacy Lakeview police on a second-degree felony charge of sexual assault of a child.

According to arrest documents, Child Protective Services workers notified Lacy Lakeview police in July about the alleged sexual assault of a child. Garcia told a family that she had sex with a 14-year-old boy and family members notified CPS about the allegation, according to an arrest affidavit.
The boy underwent a forensic interview and revealed he had sex with Garcia on one occasion, the affidavit alleges.
Those convicted of sexual assault of a child face up to 20 years in prison.
