mother using drugs

yes my child has informed me that his mother is using drugs in front of him while hes there ive contacted the local police which went out there but said that they couldnt do nothing cause she wouldnt let them in is there anything that i can do here or am i just out of luck i even contacted social servises and they said they couldnt do anything just need to no what the next step to take please help

You go to court and ask for custody and ask that mom be drug tested. How old is the child? time to talk to an attorney or go down to the courthouse to see if soneone can guide you.
