moral or ethical law

My husband is living with another woman and her son. He has only know these people a little over a month. I went to court to get no overnite visitation and was told since there was no PHYSICAL HARM to my children he could still have them. Is there no moral or ethical law to protect my children from what they see when they are with there father?

What is it you want children protected from? You assume that this woman and her son are what? Pedophiles. druggies, serial killers? A judge is not going to deny a parent his/her rights to his/her children just because you dont like your husbands new girlfriend
