Modification of Final Dissoultion of Marriage

Divorce final 8-18-2006 in the state of FL
Two minor children, Final Judgment - Rotating 50/50 Custody, no child support and no primary residence.

Question - My husband has filed for a Modification regarding custody. He made allegations that were not true so I filed my answer with the court. I have received a letter from his attorney stating that if I am to file anything I am to send it to his office. I have not done so since this attorney is my ex's attorney. Can I continue to file needed responses and amendments through the courthouse myself? Thus far I have processed everything pro se.
Also my ex spouses mother handed me a copy of a letter from his attorney regarding a home evaluation. She stated that I had to sign and return to the attorney by 10 am Friday. I am not signing this since I was handed a copy, nothing has been mailed to my home or served. There is no information listed as far as any statutes are concerned or any timeframes. Can any one advise how long I have to answer regarding a home study and how long if I decide to file an amendment to my original answer to the Petition for Modification. Thank you

Court procedures require you to also serve the other party and you can do so by properly sending it to his attorney. I would suggest that you at least consult with an attorney.
