my daughters where put into their fathers temporary care and youngest (who has a different father) into paternal grandmothers temporary care the ssc and paternal father and gran hv not made any contact for myself or daughters to see eachother and i want to take my youngest back home with me as i know her father has no parental rights due to his violence towards me and her gran has no residency order what may come of this if i do so?

The ONLY way you can get those children back, is if you go to court and a judge orders it, or the state agency that took them from you relents.
If you avail yourself of self help remedies, you subject yourself to arrest and further criminal proceedings.
