    armyjudge, I do not doubt you and the professor. However, I doubt that I do not have a case. Are you saying that there is no misrepresentation when I was told (and made to believe for 4 months) that my contract was for 12 months when the actual contract duration signed by the client is only for 4 months?

    Yes.
    In fact, I guess I've told you that a dozen times.
    A court dismissed your case for that very reason.
    But, go ahead and file a federal case.
    See what a federal judge has to say.
    All you had was a promise.
    You had no contract.
    Promises are not actionable at law.
