Iam on L1 visa and commited a mistake in level 3 misdeamonor (), I was once deported from USA, I don't this kind of act will end up in deportation. Now I had a lawyer and he took the case in new dimension. Now the status is I'm not convicted but involved in crime. Iam applying for plea of no contest in next month.
Will this is affect my processing of L1 visa next time. Please advice.
