HI, My daughter received a n mip on Satuday with a court date for this Monday. She was in a car with four other people. None of them had alcohol on them but had left a party where they did consume some alcohol. They were pulled over for going over the thick white line at the red light and all given breathalizers. The driver was given a dwi. Is that why they were able give breathalizers to everyone in the car?
