I was at my grandmas and cops showed up for this savanah girl and i went outside to get a bag of cloths out of my friends car and walked past a cop at 2 am and he stopped me, said i smelt like alcohol and I blew a .03. I had nothing in my possesion. So shouldn't this be an MIC? and I said I hadn't been drinking. When I go to court should I plea guilty or not.
