Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Mip

i just had a party at my house and me and five of my friends were sitting in my backyard talking when a police officer walked up and started asking us a bunch of questions he told us he recieved a disturbing the peace call and their was no alchol around but we had been drinking we then went inside and made all of us take a breathalizer test we all are 18 yrs old and we all blew .1 or lower but i dont know the pentalties or what costs or fines are but he never idetified himself as an officer or asked for permission from any of us to take a beathlizer he told us either take one or go to jail

you are not required to blow unless you are a driver of a car
you should have just have politely told the office that he is on private party and request that he leaves, and then just go back inside your house
