Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP while on yr probation for possession of marijuana

I had recieved a possession of marijuana charge in January of this year and had gotten a lawyer who dropped all the charges and I was placed on a year probation. It was more of a watch type thing, no screening, drug testing, classes, or anything. The judge said if I don't get into any trouble for a year then it would be wiped off my record. This weekend (in October), I had just recieved an MIP for standing with an open beer outside a college party. I'm scared to see what happens... i don't know if being in a college city helps anything, but can anyone help?! Lawyer.. no lawyer? I need all the help I can get please!!!
