I live at my fathers place with my 3 children. My father went out of state for a week and my step sister was to be at a friends for the week, she showed back up saturday when I was gone far a few hours and had friends over. When I came in to the house they had been drinking. I took my children and then left to go to a friends. By leaving and knowing that the people still at the house where drinking, how much trouble would i be in? I was not put in change of the minor, her mom had placed her at a friends intending her to be there the whole week. The cops obviously where called. I am trying to see what will happen to me, I am afraid that I will be in trouble for her screw up?
