Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP question

I'm 20 yrs old and March 8th 2013 I got a MIP, the police officer never breathilized me, and on my copy of the ticket my name, isn't on it, the police officers name isn't on it, neither of us signed it. All it says is MIP court date 2nd of April. All I want to know is if, my name or anything else about where I live isn't on the ticket is it a valid MIP ticket?

Generally minor errors & omissions do not void a ticket. In this case though, no names on it & not signed...., it would "probably" be void. Go to court & request that your ticket be dismissed for the reasons stated.
