I threw the party
-Cops were called on a noise complaint

-Officer said to move all the cars inside and turn down the music, I complied.(The officer also said "If anyone leaves this party I will pull them over and test for DWI, I replied no one is leaving.)

-Party goers, yelled profanity, cop got out of the cop car and said he was coming into the party to talk to the people, I simply said he does not have the right to come on my property. Where he said "I have probable cause because I watched these people move their cars, and I am under the assumption that their is alcohol and underage drinking at this party." Mind you I had already closed the gates and no alcohol was visible from the road at any point in time of the night.
So he enters my property by squeezing through my gate, and begins to go talk to the people at my party, at this point I'm in awe that the officer allowed himself on my property without warrant, then he lectures the crowd on drinking and driving and drinking under age and then he leaves. Shocked, I still wasn't letting anyone leave after that, because the officer had told me he was gonna have patrol cars waiting on every exit from the neighborhood.

- 30 minutes later, 4 tow trucks and 1 officer come back to the party, that had already been shut down, 1 officer and multiple tow truck drivers wearing a "police shirts"(black shirts that have police on the front and back)" walk straight in and start asking for ID's(tow truck drivers included)(I was under the assumption that these were police officers in different uniform). I was the party leader so I was just wanting to comply(with the officer) so these people do not have to get into any trouble. I gave him my ID and others start to give them their ID's. Many were under 21, as well as myself. He says he is detaining me, he puts me in hand cuffs and escorts me from the property, to his police car parked in the road, he says everyone here who is drinking underage is getting a ticket, he writes 20 or so tickets to the underage drinkers(MIC), meanwhile I am in the back of the cop car for 4 hours (detained).

From this point I did not witness everything with my eyes but from the accounts of the people that were there, but the officer entered the house(door was closed) and woke people up who were sleeping and sobriety tested them. The tow truck drivers wearing police shirts were expressing authority just as the other officers were(the officer had called for back up at this point). A person(over 21) who had encountered the tow truck driver said "The tow truck driver had threatened to throw him on the ground if he didn't Comply with what he said." No matter what the issue was he has no authority to harass someone or even be on my property. Usually cops also empty or confiscate the alcohal after they bust the party but they left everything in hands of minors once again.

After 4 hours of sitting in the back of the cop car watching the officer write tickets he "un detains" me and says I'm just getting an MIP for listening to him and not making this a bigger issue. (I understand it is a low grade punishment because I could have been taken to jail om other charges) but I can't help but think that there was unlawful things done on their part.

If you dislike the outcome and the events that transpired, speak with several lawyers in your county about the incident. See what the lawyers advise.

I suggest you also address your MIP citation. That's going to end up haunting you in a few years when you seek a nice job.

It might be wise to leave BOOZE and BEER alone until you turn age 21. BOZE, BEER, and BUMPIN' led to this police thumpin'!!!!!!
