Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP - Incorrect Date?

I am 19 years old and a week ago recieved a Minor in Possession (I had a beer in my hand). I'm fairly unsure of how to proceed, the officer told me to ask for deferred prosecution on my court date and that was my plan. But today I looked closer at my ticket and the officer wrote my social security number incorrectly and he also wrote the date issued for 2005 instead of 2006. I don't know whether or not that matters but I wasn't even in the state of Washington in January 2005. Is there any way my MIP could be thrown out on that technicality?
