Here's the story:
I am 18 years old and my brother and I (brother being 17) were at a party at some apartments. We were both pretty drunk and went outside the apartments to get some fresh air. We sat at this picnic table and weren't talking, we were just enjoying the weather. I put my head down on the picnic table because i wasn't feeling too good, when a cop tapped me on the shoulder and made me sit up to talk to him. They made us take breathalizers and wrote us up with MIP's. I will pay the fines and probation and community service, I just want to get this off my record. What do I say when I go to court? How do I approach this? Court date is June 12.
