Alright so this is crazy, last Saturday night, A Cop and Three CA's (this is in a dorm) knocked on my door. I would not let them come in, but I opened the door. I Failed to Comply, but I never got a ticket for it, the cop was called away and only took a report. I went down to the police station and checked my record on the following Monday, my record was clean and says I have no ticket. Can I still get issued a ticket. The CA said that I could be getting an MIP and Failure to comply....Is this possible, I never signed any tickets? HELP
