Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP And Open container, with prior DUI

I dont really know what is the possible punishments for an MIP and Open Container, with a recent DUI? I'm in Texas. Also, is there anyway I can make sure my parents don't find out about the MIP and Open Container? I would rather just pay it off and keep them out of it for obvious reasons especially because I recently got a DUI and my family lawyer got me off. Any Advice about how or what to do to make sure the parents don't find out? Am not sure If I'm on probation for the DUI still or not and how that will affect my status? I didn't know if Jail Time was possible for any of these two most recent convictions?? Thanks
