Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication MIP and job applications

I am 22 and received a MIP of alcohol ticket in Oklahoma when I was 19. I paid the ticket, never appeared before a judge and have not heard anything since then. I have never received any other MIP tickets and am now filling out teaching applications in Texas. Some of the applications ask if I have ever been convicted of a crime, or received deferred adjudication, or expungement. Do I need to mark "yes" on the job application? The State Board of Education will do a background check on me and I must be completely honest.
