Last Year when i was 17 years old i went to a concert in Lincoln, NE with 4 friends. After the concert in the parking garage an officer came up and proceeded to search the vehicle for anything suspicious. He found an empty can of beer under the rear seat and asked the driver if there was anymore alcohol in the vehicle, he told the officer that there was some beer in the trunk and and showed it to the cop. By then another cop came by and they proceeded to breathalize the 5 of us. Me and the driver were the only ones who had not consumed any alcohol. He blew a .01 and i blew a .02. The officer gave us all mip's and we later found out that the driver mip was dismissed. Am i at fault if the beer was in the trunk, and i did not blow over the legal limit for a minor from what i understand. This is my first offense. Should i plead no contest or what. Thanks
