Hello I hope I get a response to this..Okay here is my situation; about a year and a half ago I got a MIP for marijuana, all I had to do was go to a one time class. Just recently I received a ticket for having control of alcohol in a vehicle(23224b). I was not the driver only a passenger. I was wondering if my first MIP will come into play for this ticket, also I was wondering if this new citation will prevent me from getting my drivers license?
