I got busted for a MIP, while on the beach in san diego at a bonfire. There were some 21 year olds there that only got busted for having glass on the beach. My friend was holding a beer next to me and the cop aparently thought it was mine. I told him that I didn't have a beer and her started to push me around a bit so i just went with it and let him write me the ticket. He did not find alcohol on me. He did not breathalize me either. The person next to me was the one with the beer and he is 21. So, what should i do? The ticket was for 25662/a of the california legal code.
