military man and custody

I know that 50 50 placement is common now but what are the chances that a military man who will be moving all over will get 50 custody? He only wants it so he doens't have to pay childsupport, the mother has been the main caregiver and wants the kids to stay with her as the family is all near by. she has no problem with him visiting only she doesn;'t want the kids moved all over the nation.

He might get joint custody but highly unlikely he will get 50/50 parenting time. I highly recommend both parents grow up a little and try to be civil for the sake of the kids. Joint custody is common, but not 50/50 placement especially for kids that young.

So he doesn't really want the kids 50/50 he just doesn't want to pay child support? I generally try not to be disparaging of the military but that's just sick.
