Hi, I'm 19 years old and got an MIC in Sept of 08 in Tempe, AZ. I missed the diversion program deadline and was sent to court again. I missed that court date and was issued a warrant, I posted bail. I now have to go to trial (May
'09)and I'm wondering what to expect since i'm assuming I won't be offered the diversion program again? This is also my first offense I have no priors on my record aside from traffic tickets. I will plead guilty and if I do so what is most likely my outcome going to look like?
